• Cart storage (technology: browser localStorage, name: jolnir.cart.v1). Purpose: to retain the products you've added to your cart so they persist across navigation and reloads. Duration: persistent until the cart is emptied or browser data is cleared. Controller: the Site owner. Legal basis: necessary to provide the service expressly requested by the user (art. 22.2 LSSI, technical cookie exception).
• Language preference (technology: NEXT_LOCALE cookie set by the Next.js framework). Purpose: to remember your chosen language (Spanish or English) for future visits. Duration: 1 year. Controller: the Site owner. Legal basis: technical cookie for interface personalisation.
• Stripe payment session (cookies set directly by Stripe on its own domain checkout.stripe.comduring payment). Purpose: fraud prevention and operation of the payment gateway. Duration and details: see Stripe's cookie policy. These cookies are only loaded when the user is redirected to Stripe Checkout and are not present on jolnirsport.com.

3. Do we need your consent?

Under article 22.2 of Spanish LSSI-CE and Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) guidelines, strictly necessary technical cookies for providing a service expressly requested by the user do not require consent. Since the Site only uses such mechanisms, we do not display a cookie banner.
