Returns policy

At Jolnir we want you to shop with peace of mind, so we extend the legal 14-day period to 30 calendar days for hassle- free returns. This policy complements the Terms and conditions of the store.
1. Return window
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. The minimum legal period set by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 is 14 days; Jolnir voluntarily extends it to 30 days.
2. Return conditions
- Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, products in direct contact with skin (grips, overgrips, wristbands, crossfit grips, ankle straps) cannot be returned if they have been used. Returns are accepted if the products are sealed or unused.
- Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned, nor can sealed items opened after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons (art. 103 RDL 1/2007).
3. How to start a return
- Email us at info@jolnirsport.com indicating your order number and the products you wish to return.
- You'll receive instructions including the Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) logistics address to ship the package to. Important: do not return the parcel to the sender address printed on the delivery without contacting us first, since processing is handled by our fulfilment centre.
- Pack the products in their original condition and ship them to the address we provide.
- Once Amazon receives and verifies the product, we will process the refund.
4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except when the return is due to a defective product, a shipping error, or a product that doesn't match the order. In those cases, Jolnir covers the return costs.
5. Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will refund the amount paid for the product via the same payment method used for the purchase (debit/credit card through Stripe), within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are actually received.
The refund covers the product price. Initial shipping costs are only refunded when the return covers the entire order and the reason is not a simple withdrawal.
6. Defective items or shipping errors
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or a product different from the one you ordered, contact us at info@jolnirsport.comwithin a reasonable time from receipt (preferably within the first days), providing the order number and, if possible, photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
All products carry the 3-year legal warranty set out in consumer protection law, under the conditions described in the Terms and conditions.
