Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase of products through the website jolnirsport.com(the "Site"). By placing an order, the User confirms they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Returns policy.

2. Subject

These Terms govern the online sale, to end consumers, of Jolnir-branded sports products (padel grips and overgrips, wristbands, crossfit grips, ankle straps and gym accessories) listed on the Site. The contract is between the User and the Site owner.

3. Users and legal capacity

To place an order, the User must be of legal age (18) and have legal capacity to contract. The Site allows guest checkout (no account) or optional account registration.

4. Products, prices and taxes

Products are described as accurately as possible via text, specs and images. Minor differences in colour or appearance may exist due to screen rendering.

Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€) and include VAT as applicable under Spanish law. Shipping costs, where applicable, are detailed in the cart before checkout completion and on the final receipt. The owner reserves the right to change prices and promotions at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

In case of a typographical error or other cause resulting in a clearly incorrect price, the owner will inform the User as soon as possible and may cancel the order, refunding any amount paid.

5. Purchase process

1. The User adds the desired products to the cart.
2. Proceeds to checkout, which shows the order summary (products, quantities, subtotal and taxes) and redirects to the secure Stripe payment gateway.
3. Enters contact, shipping and payment details on Stripe.
4. Once payment is confirmed, the User receives an order confirmation by email. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by the owner and perfects the contract.

6. Payment methods

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. Accepted methods include debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods Stripe may enable. The owner does not receive or store card data. 7. Shipping and delivery times

Orders are prepared and shipped from the Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) logistics network. Once payment is confirmed, the order is transmitted to Amazon for preparation and shipping.

• Standard delivery time in mainland Spain: 24-48 business hours from dispatch.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and other destinations: specific times and costs calculated at checkout where available.
• The User will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as Amazon processes dispatch.
• Ownership and risk of the products pass to the User upon physical delivery.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is confirmed, the owner will notify the User and refund the full amount. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by Amazon operations, logistical issues or force majeure.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumer and User Protection, consumer Users have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without justification. Jolnir voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days, under the conditions set out in the Returns policy.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User may write to info@jolnirsport.com indicating the order number. Returns are handled through Amazon MCF per the procedure described in the Returns policy.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, possibly withheld until the returned goods are actually received.

9. Legal warranty

All products carry the legal warranty set out in Spanish and European consumer protection law (3 years from delivery for new products, subject to legal exceptions). If a product lacks conformity, the User can contact info@jolnirsport.com providing the order number and a description of the issue.

10. Liability

The owner is liable for direct, demonstrable damages arising from breach of these Terms, to the extent provided by applicable law. The owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, force majeure, or breaches arising from third-party operations (payment gateway, logistics network, telecommunications carriers).

11. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, images, design, source code, the Jolnir brand) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, as detailed in the Legal notice.

12. Data protection

Personal data provided by the User is processed per the Privacy policy.

13. Changes

The owner may update these Terms at any time. Each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time of order confirmation.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute between the owner and a consumer User, the Courts of the consumer User's domicile shall have jurisdiction. For disputes with non-consumer Users, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid (Spain).

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
